Sexual Assault Laws

Whenever sexual contact is made by a person without the consent of other one, the latter will be called as victim. There are many external forces, such as drugs, alcohol or psychological issues; which makes people unaware of their sexual activities with others in a wrong way. They perform some of the activities, which are refused or opposed by the other person. They force to make sexual contact with the other person, which leads towards harassment for the unwilling person.

The laws are created regardless of age or gender of victim and sex related crimes are managed through these state laws. These laws are existent at federal level; which forbids forced sexual contact with any person and the people who fail to abide by these laws are charged as criminals. It is the responsibility for every citizen of the state to know about these legal terms and help themselves and people in need.
